Arg. There's some big problem with most of the digital cable boxes in RI, and everybody and their mother is calling in. So now, not only do I have to take inbound sales calls, but also video and internet technical calls and billing calls. Yarrrrrrrggg. On the plus side, my supe Jeremy is working at one of our retail locations, so we're all acting crazier than usual, and I also talked some guy into upgrading his internet service to our ridiculously fast premiere service. Yaaay for an extra $15 in my check!!
