4x03 • The Bear and the Maiden Fair
This set is for Round 32: Setting the Scene at inspired20in20. The challenge was to work with the existing settings in images. It was fun to be forced to work with the existing background for an entire set and I discovered that intending to keep a background greatly effects my cropping and the whole approach to iconning. I couldn't cheat by cropping close or by removing a background. I picked Game of Thrones because a) it's coming back soon and b) the show has such a rich setting and that setting is important to the characters and the moments in which they exist.
