the sixth.

Returning the program to its correct state turned out to be easier than I thought. I suppose I should be thankful that the craftsmanship of "the other me" turned out to be so shoddy and easy to unravel. The program has been checked and rechecked, both by myself and the system I'm using.

...I probably shouldn't have wasted its processing on that, but I had to be sure. And besides, the program will protect it in the long run.

Apart from the setback caused by the virus, however, work was almost completed. In actual fact, the weeks worth of projected work will be completed in a week or so. If I aim to work even faster, then perhaps it will only be a few days. This is by far the largest program I have ever created: it has taken over two months of my time to construct. Time I am sure I could have spent doing other things. But nevertheless, it was important. This way, things will be much safer.

No more of those stupid viruses. Maybe now Setsuna will stop avoiding me. It's extremely irritating that I must search him out before I can tell him what to do.
