Hey, guys!  It's Dawn!  I know I promised I'd show you all what my Pokemon can do, and it's been a while since the last time I practiced.  So if you want to come and watch, I'll be in the park after dinner trying out some new moves with Pachirisu and Buneary.  You're free to come and watch, and

*Tewi soon shows up with her bunnies in tow.*

Well I'm ready. Maybe after you show me, I'll show you what my rabbits can do.

"Okay! Pachirisu, take five. Buneary, center stage!"

[Pachirisu nods and returns to Dawn's side, rummaging around in her backpack and finding a poffin to occupy itself with eating. Buneary runs out to the middle of the small clearing, awaiting further instructions.]

"Buneary, start off with a high-flying Bounce!"

[Buneary nods, crouching down before vaulting high into the air, far above the tops of the trees lining the park. Dawn smiles as she looks up at her Pokemon.]

"All right, now use Ice Beam!"

[At the crest of the jump, Buneary flips around and shoots a blue beam of ice out of her mouth. It forms into the shape of a ramp, and Buneary uses it to slide back down to ground level, skating gracefully along the ice before coming to a stop at the edge of the grass.]

"Yeah, you did it! That was great!"

[Dawn and Pachirisu clap enthusiastically, and she then turns to Tewi for some audience approval.]

*All the bunnies are clapping. Tewi looks impressed*

That is very nice. How is Buneary able to do an ice attack?

Um... she's just always been able to. I dunno.

A bunny shooting out ice is not odd to you?

Well, it's kind of a rare move, especially for a Buneary, but there's plenty of Pokemon that can use Ice Beam.

How does one normally learn it?

"Um, usually Ice-type Pokemon just kind of learn it naturally. I'm not really sure where Buneary picked it up. Most Buneary don't learn moves like that by themselves..."

[Glances over to Buneary curiously, receiving more or less the same look in return.]

So your Buneary just happens to have the ability to shoot Ice. Ok then.

*Tewi's bunnies are trying to shoot out Ice beams, but it's not working*

I guess it's possible she had another trainer before who released her at some point... I never really thought about it.

Maybe I can ask her. I mean, I can speak to rabbits... kinda.

Nah, I'll ask her about it later... Buneary's pretty shy, so she might not answer if it's someone else.

((That and the mun seriously has no idea wtf is up with her random Ice Beam~

Do TM's even exist in the pokemon anime?

Ok guys, lets do this!

*Tewi whistles, and the bunnies suddenly look serious. 2 fly into the air while the other 3 stay on the ground, shooting Danmaku into the air like fireworks. The 2 in the air dodge and fly gracefully around the danmaku almost like a dance. Eventually, they fall to the ground and onto the other rabbits, forming a pyramid.*

[Buneary watches with particular interest, eyes fixated on the rabbits as they fly around putting on their show. Pachirisu all but forgets to keep eating its poffin snack, dropping it onto the ground. Dawn excitedly cheers and claps at the display while it's going on, and even louder when they finish.]

"Wow! Your bunnies are amazing!"
