Well it's official. No more kids will be added to the Carson family (excluding ln laws and future generations of course). Despite my parents' most valiant efforts, they aren't allowed to adopt from China again ( Read more... )

apparently there's some kind of a cap-off for the number of children you can adopt from china or something? it makes no sense really.
