Did we grow up way too fast?
It's so strange how life works sometimes. It seems to always just get by. My mind's a mess, don't mind me.
So I was thinking... holy shit, I love it here. My friends here are awesome so don't get me wrong AT ALL. ...but I miss my friends from high school. You can't replace just anyone with the friends you grew up with. Fortunately there will be a tiny reunion this weekend for Kevin's birthday and that's gonna be super. SUPER GUYS! Haha. ...anyhoo I was thinking about all the people, things, events, that made my life in high school so fucking amazing.
I never really wanted to look back into graduation . . . it was indefinitely a time of relief to finally be done with high school but it was just as terrifying. Nostalgia's just getting to me now the closer this weekend comes.
Oh yea, and my Mom is finally finally finally coming back from Hong Kong. I haven't seen my Mom since graduation which was June 21st. Isn't that ridiculous? Oh well, she's coming back to celebrate my belated birthday and then she's heading off to Vegas for a week with my Dad. Then... she goes back to Hong Kong the Monday she gets back from Vegas. I guess it's another Thanksgiving without her...
I love my Dad more than love or life... or anything in this world. He brings the brightest light to my life.
