Ok, so it’s been a purely blissful Christmas. On Friday night, I went to my grandparents’ house where I had Christmas with my cousins and uncle on my mom’s side. It was lovely… especially since my aunt was not there. I received fabulous gifts such as $100, $25 in movie passes, and toilet paper. My cousins got a 4-wheeler for Christmas, so they brought it and got to ride for a while, then I GOT TO DRIVE. That was pretty effin scary. I couldn’t hear anything because of the helmet and the noise, so yeah. But my uncle followed me around, which was good because I almost flipped and whoa. That was the end of my driving. Ahaha. So then, we went to the Christmas eve service at church. Then on the Christmas morning, my grandparents came over for brunch and watched my mom and I exchange gifts. I was spoiled, as usual. I got scrap-booking stuff, tons of awesome beads, Tutti Dolci lotion, paint-brushes, antique crochet needles, 5 DVDs including Love Actually and Dirty Dancing, a YMCA membership (!!!!! I can finally take all those yoga and pilates classes!!!!!!!), a facial from Sophisticated Shapes, a button-maker and a lot of other awesome stuff. My mom had also taken me shopping before for clothes, so I’m stoked about that. I’m going to my dad’s this coming weekend, so I guess I’ll get stuff there, too.
Oh man, I’m breaking out so bad, right now. I don’t know what it’s from. At least, I finally got some retin-a for Christmas.
It’s snowing in Roanoke Rapids. Hahahaha. I bet the weatherman had no idea where that was. Heh.
I really need to finish reading Fahrenheit 451. It’s not too bad, though. And, I haven’t even started on the reading for history. Man, I am so pleased that I have history all year. That class is so grand.
I might go to Florida for relief work on January 11th. I just have to see if I can miss a week of school. It would be such an awesome and humbling experience. I would be distraught if I missed it.
Whoa, so anna just called and wants to hang out today and exchange gifts, so I guess I better get crackin on her gift.
