Info about my journal
Hi, let me tell you a bit about my journal in case you're interested in friending me or somesuch. :P
My public entries are very infrequent. Those entries which are public generally have to do with politics, or something otherwise impersonal. So the entries you can see if you are not on my friends filter are not terribly representative of my journal if you are on my friends filter. I will occasionally write essays and such but they are generally posted in communities, often screened, rather than here.
The majority of my entries have to do with my own life, and are friends-only. Feel free to friend me if you like, but I generally only add friends that I feel reasonably comfortable sharing these friends-only entries with. This includes both RL and internet people.
This doesn't mean I actually have to know or e-know you that well in order to add you back as a friend. You probably just have to be someone that I've seen around in a community that I think is cool, someone who looks interesting based on their journal, and/or someone who would be reasonably "compatible" with me or the way I view the world, so that I wouldn't feel uncomfortable or vulnerable sharing personal entries. Don't worry if I don't friend you back, I overlook things and it needn't be taken personally. ;)
