Hi. I neglect my livejournal because it's pretty dumb. But I wouldn't want to deprive you of pointless rants and dumb anecdotes. And so I shall indulge in a bit of that.
I'm hell of stressed out, with extremely little cause. I'm dangerously anal about school. I did better in the first quarter of junior year than any of my previous marking periods. I'm not really sure how to take it down a notch, though I probably should. I abhor that place. Honestly, going to school makes me miserable.
I didn't go to model UN this weekend. I worked a lot, yes, and had a substantial fight with my parents about skipping out on something I was "strongly committed" to. I also did some...other...things in lieu of being scholarly and intellectual.
I do not have a conscience.
I am helllll of excited for the new Chronicles of Narnia movies, the first of which is coming out 3 days after my birthday. I was a huuugeeee fan of the low-budget Chronicles of Narnia movies back in the day, procured via Treddyfrin library. They are the shit. I don't even care that CS Lewis was real Christian and the Chronicles of Narnia are a blatant biblical allegory. I will drag someone to The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Beware. Also Harry Potter this friday. Less exciting, but similarly dorky to mention.
Mussttt make it through this week. An arduous task. I have to teach karate tomorrow night. Oi jesus. Little kids!
