So, exciting times chez Ashley-Martin.
New Place:
-K-Town
-Woodfloors
-Retrofitted
-half wall
-built in drawers
-new neighbors
-moving stuff
-fair closets (2)
-full kitchen
-tub/shower
-swiss coffee
-light green shower tile
-Windows face east
-ample kitchen countertop
-room in kitchen area for table/chairs/people
it's a little smaller than i would have liked, and a little more expensive than i would have liked, but in terms of the coziness factor it's way way up up there with the "i could stay here a while and feel really comfortable" factor.
the building is gated, the entrance is spacious, everything is well maintained, there's a garden in the back (operative fountain), and a laundry room in the basement, and a million places to walk to-- like the wiltern.
If it wasn't two in the morning, I'd start moving.
