We have a special regard for our Factotums here at the Academy. Of all the Breeds, theirs is the one most set apart - they are our nomads, our gypsies, wandering from Breed to Breed, immersing themselves in training only to be plucked up and set down somewhere else. It takes an exemplary attitude and dedication to be so shuffled. In the end, the Factotums outshine their sister Breeds in many ways; they are more malleable than even the Carnals, more focused than even the Executives, more anticipatory than even the Downstairs’ and more tenacious than even the Sentinels. It is not easy to be seamlessly adept at so many things, but our Factotums do it with utmost grace, will and pride.
Unlike the other four Breeds, the Factotums do not have subsets from which a client may choose. Instead, the client is invited to request specific foci from the Breeds the Factotum incorporates. For instance, a Factotum may have a focus in Carnal, which means he or she will spend the most time training with the Carnals, the other Breeds becoming secondary. However, many clients simply request that their Factotum be equally diverse in all things. If this is the case, the Factotum undergoes the Versatility Program.
The Versatility Program
Factotums spend one year in Principal Training, which is divided into four, three-month sessions, each with one of the other four Breeds. Here, they are given an intensive course that concentrates Breed schooling into a shorter time period.
Executive Training - Factotums learn basic computer skills, organization, business etiquette, shorthand and typing.
Downstairs Traning - Factotums are taught rudimentary culinary skills, housekeeping techniques, basic bartending, management of household staff and chauffeuring.
Carnal Training - Factotums learn basic Tantra and gain a familiarity with the Karma Sutra, beginning BDSM, erotic dance, comprehensive sexual techniques and massage.
Sentinel Training - Factotums become capable with handguns, attain a Blue Belt in either Aikido, Kung Fu or Karate, or Gold Belt in Capoeira (clients select which style), learn to operate home security systems and are trained in light sleeping.

As you can see, even without the extensive training in one area, Factotums are more than capable of serving as a quality domestic. This Breed is perfect for the client who is as diverse as the Factotum and wants a domestic that can keep up. The Factotum is a Breed you can take with you anywhere without ever having to worry that they won’t be able to perform their duties.
Pricing for the Factotum Breed
Naturally, it is nearly impossible to offer a set price on any of our domestics, since each is unique. However, the list below will offer you some general idea of the basic cost for a Factotum. Please be aware that, once we have sent you a dossier and you select it, the listed price for that particular domestic is non-negotiable.
Basic Package
This includes the domestic, a complete wardrobe created specifically to your tastes and standards by our couturier en residence (designer in residence), travel for your domestic to your specified location and a lifetime warranty guaranteeing exchange or immediate refund should you be even slightly dissatisfied with your purchase.

Cosmetics Package
This includes any initial cosmetic alterations - tattoos, piercings, hair coloring/styling, tanning, plastic surgery, manicures/pedicures, spa treatments, sex reassignment surgery, etc. This price will vary greatly depending on the work done to the domestic.

Also available is the Lifetime Cosmetic Package - you may request the above procedures at any time while your have your domestic, as much as you would like. We will refer you to one of our licensed partners for the treatment, and you will pay nothing out-of-pocket after the initial price for the rest of your domestic’s life.

Training Matriculation Package
This package allows you to send your domestic back to us for further training in any area, as often as you’d like. The duration of the training is determined entirely by your needs and wants - from a weekend crash course in cake decorating to a six-month study of ancient Aramaic. There is no limit to the subjects or time taken to learn them.
