It would vary on who starts them~ It can go from the Sun being blocked out to flowers growing out of season.

Oh my. These aren't common occurrences, are they? It all sounds more than a little... hazardous.

Incidents tend to occur at least once a year or so, they make wonderful entertainment as well~
