Fourth Awakening [Accidental Video]
[Video opens to a moving view of a classroom. There are a few desks, chairs, and a pile of blankets in the corner. The walls are covered with ofuda. The scene comes to a stop, and there is a small 'thunk' as the communicator is set down on a desk. Riful comes into view, a curious expression on her face. If one looked the very far left of the video, several ofuda stuck to the classroom door are visible. She walks right up to it and stares for a while, waving her hands before it and blinking when nothing happens.]
How very curious... I don't believe I've ever seen these here before. Will it let me out, you think?
[She taps an ofuda with a single finger and -- BZZT!! Gets knocked back a good five feet onto her butt with a yelp. Her head is turned away from the video, but from the slow and very deliberate way she picks herself up, you might not actually want to see the look on her face. It's not a nice one. Riful can be seen gingerly making her way back to the ofuda. Now, her expression is calm, and she's smiling, just a very little bit. It doesn't reach her eyes though.]
That was really not very enjoyable at all, I must say...
[You might see her face tighten momentarily, then Riful picks up one of the chairs beside her and SMASHES IT against the door with a vicious crunching sound. A leg breaks off in splinters, but nothing else happens. The door remains intact; the ofuda haven't even been sctratched. Riful mutters something under her breath, and puts a hand on her hip before twisting to look back toward the communicator.]
Oh, for the love of...
...what are these doing here?
[AND FROM THE RIGHT... there's some jingling. For a moment, the screen is covered by something vaguely arm-shaped, but as it hops away, one can see that it's a scale. A bunch of scales. And because of this, they're PISSED.
Have a rush of scales all flying at her as Riful moves off screen. There is a loud, metallic CLANG, and the video times out.]
