Good evening, Manhattan!
This is Jeff Andonuts speaking. Well, writing this time. Terribly sorry on that account; I'm attempting to conserve battery life on this portable computer I've discovered awhile ago.
Currently, I have taken the liberty of exploring the crater, and the subway that the hole leads to. It's not wise to be here, this I know, but I also understand that this must be done. There are others exploring. I did not take the time to speak with them. They all seemed rather busy, and I am not one to snag attention when it is not needed.
I explored awhile, and eventually, I have found myself at a wall. The ceiling has collapsed, and there are rocks preventing me any further. Ironically, I believe I hear voices on the other side. Perhaps our missing people there, perhaps not. I am not certain at this time. Nothing is clear.
For now, I will camp out here. I plan on removing rocks, but this is not very effective at the moment, and I'm not sure I ought to chance explosives, no matter how controlled they are. If I had time, perhaps a drill-based I will explore other methods.
If anyone has any other bits of information, let me know; I'm always eager to hear.
This is Jeff Andonuts signing off!
