I should update...
Not so much to say, though! Since I've been back in town, I've been going non-stop...school's been going well, I'm training 4 teams for a competition on Tuesday the 18th, taking 12 kids to a huge FFA deal in Lemoore on the 15th, taking 18 kids to a leadership conference on the 20th, planning an FFA movie night with another school for the 25th, had a kickass potluck dinner to initiate all our first year members last night, have a booster meeting tonight, finished paperwork for my administration today (which they were happy with!)...and just generally busy!
Love life is good. Boyfriend missed me tons while I was gone in Frisco, and...I missed him too! It was nice to get a big hug when I got home! I cooked him dinner on Monday, so I ran around like a madwoman after school to get groceries and make lasagna from scratch before he shows up at 6...he text messaged me earlier today to say "you're MINE" tonight...lol...guess he wants to see me? I'll head over after my booster meeting tonight is over.
Grandma will be on this side of the US next week...and since we randomly have Tuesday off next week (not Monday off...just Tuesday for Veteran's Day...yeah...LOTS of kids are going to show up on Monday), I'm going to head up to VEGAS on Monday night and chill with Gma on Tuesday! SWEET! Should be fun! Not entirely sure if I'm going to call in sick for Wednesday or not...Gma wants me to take in a show with her on Tuesday, and my mom's only a couple of hours away...so who knows. I'll have everything ready as if I were going to have a sub on Wednesday, but my plan is to be back in town to teach.
So yeah, really diggin' the boyfriend, quick trip to Vegas to gamble and drink with Gma next week, busy but doing well at work...life's good, eh?
