So there you have it. Despite lacking some of the essentials (pans, bins, desks, sofas, my bed...) and being covered in cat hair it's much nicer than my last place, actually feels like a proper grown up house rather than a student dive. I even have stairs. Yeay!
Just back from a very relaxing and hot holiday in Cairns, and starting uni in a week. Finally decided after a lot of deliberation on Narrative, Creative Writing, 20th Century Analytical Philosophy and Philosophy of Mind, what with having no choice in the matter. Not really looking forward to getting back to work, just fancy sleeping really.
Valentines day was horrible. I think it's better to be single than apart from your loved one, because then it can be easily ignored. I spent the day missing my Alan even more than normal, which is lots. Less than four weeks til I'm home for a visit though, can't wait for hugs.
In other news, I am covered in insect bites but have signed up for ADSL. Yeay! I also like Coles sparkling mineral water, it has a mineral breakdown and is not made by Coca Cola.
