[Someone was around to see Hancock's fight with Hades. He hadn't intervened because Hades was foolish enough to start the fight, but things had taken a bad turn when Hades managed to get himself killed too. There wasn't time for Robin to swoop in and save the flameyheaded god. Which meant there was a very strong possibility Hancock was going to be spending some time in the brig. This wasn't good.]
