Hi again! I think the "friends page" is automatic. Once you add people as friends, if you click on your friends page you'll see all of your friends' new entries. From there, you can comment on them, or whatever!

Oh, I think that's an option at the bottom when you're making an entry. You can make it public, private or friends only!

Ya, there's soooo much to figure out, I was scared to join LJ for a while b/c of it. I've been using Xanga for years, which is pretty basic and doesn't require much thinking. However, I think you can be a LOT more creative with LJ. I haven't figured out yet how to join communities (and don't think I have much to contribute to them other than crazy fangirl SQUEEEEing!), but I should. One of these days!

yeah, my 1st blog was on blogger that I still use now, it's really easy to manage with it & I can do whatever I want with it XD u have a real liberty for the layout! just respect the main code for entries, everything else is all urs !! I dun't remember how many times I've changed my layout already haha, plus u can add gidget as making 'cut' in ur entry, search option, etc..

ahah! ya, that's pretty funny! I think I'll change my layout every once and a while, but I'll keep it basically the same. Swap out the photo and change the colours. I've been going crazy making icons, never happy with the ones I have, tough at the moment I like the batch I'm using. Well, except the Jin one, need to change that. I made it for his welcome back, but now it's expired! AHH!

oh, then it should be easy for you! just make whatever you want in a 100pxl square area. I usually start with them 400pxl and then make them smaller when I do "save for web".

but I dun't know how to resize a pic >.< and also how to choose/cut off a part of the pix ??

Oh, okay, let me see if I can make this sound clear and easy. What i do is open PSD, create a new file that's 400 pxl x 400 pxl. Then I find the pic I want to use, open that file. Then all you have to do is drag that pic into the new PS file and it creates a new layer. You can move that new layer around, resize it, crop it the way you want it to look. Does that make sense? If it's easier, you can also use "place" to put the photo you want into PS.
