I didn't watch it this time. Instead, I've only listen to it. Anyways, to answer your question, here's what happened:
Basically, Saejima broke up with his b-friend. She told Aizawa about it on the heli. She thinks that she sucks cuz she runs away from her b-friend and doubt if she has the right to ride the heli. On the other hand, Aizawa said the same thing. He thinks he doesn't treat grandma well enough. He didn't stay with her to take care of her long enough. He puts his life ahead of grandma's life. He should have stayed with grandma instead of participating in operations, riding heli and improving his skills. He doesn't know what's most important to him from time to time. Having said that, he'll probably won't give up riding heli. At that moment, Saejima broke into tears and so Aizawa left her alone. ☆-( ^-ﾟ)v
After reading comments and seeing the caps (thanks~), I can't wait til ep7 comes out.
As I read in your cap1 post, I really want some scenes outside of the hospital. Even if it's only for a 1/3 of an episode, I think it'll be enough to dissipate my want. Also, a little more flirting between the dr.'s and nurses will be highly enjoyable. But overall, I'm addicted to what CB has presented to me so far. I love all the raw human emotions and insecurities being portrayed.
