Political rants that you may want to skip over if you don't wanna hate me

And here is my advice about what is best for you in this matter: Last year you were the first not only to give but also to have the desire to do so. Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it, according to your means. For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have.
Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality, as it is written: "He who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little."

Paul's Second letter to the Church in Corinth
Chapter 8, Verses 10 through 15

Uhoh! American Christians, do you know what that means? Does it mean Christians can't be making seven figures anymore? Well, in my humble opinion (and I have a long way to go before I start putting my money where my mouth is), I would say it just might mean that. Atleast until every other Christian in America is pulling in seven figures as well. We're still quite far from that, as you can tell by the homeless man with the torn up clothes on the side of the road, still praising the Lord for His great goodness and salvation.

So what do you say we stop worrying about being the moral police for both American citizens and the rest of the world, and we start concerning ourselves with our POOR BROTHERS AND SISTERS as a priority? Jesus is not ushering in His Kingdom by force or war, alright Georgie? He is ushering it in by grace. So lets exercise grace, Christian America. I know grace is hard. It's illogical much of the time. But logic isn't our god, and the One who is told us to live by grace.

From grace comes freedom in Christ, and from freedom in Christ comes true morality.
