Stargazing Live!

I tuned into the BBC's Stargazing Live last night and have to say I quite enjoyed it! Especially the line about 2012 where Prof Brian Cox said "The Mayans didn't know what they were bloody talking about"!

It was also good to see Jonathan Ross fumbling helplessly with a telescope in his garden and admitting to the world that

Dara O Briain also has a degree in astronomy, I believe.

Yes, so I have since been told. I didn't feel he was the ideal man for the job though in a number of ways. The programme was good though.
