Life.. through the eye's of a red-head
well... another week down, another busy weekend approaching, and then another busy week
Life is alright, sad new... gave the pup to a good guy that my friend grew up with. He lives in the country and has 3 acres that are fenced and has 5 other dogs. I was so sad I cried for 4 hours, it was the hardest decision I may have ever made, however it was made for her good and one of the most unselfish decisions I have actually followed through on. This morning when I text him to see how she was he said.. "she is great, gave her a bath last night, has made lots of doggie friends, slept inside, and is now outside playing chase with the toy poodle". And he said he would send me more pics later. So I know she is happy.. though sleeping without her was so lonely...and cat claws.. not good at cuddleing.
On a happier note, my non-prof.. its coming. Its ambitious as hell but my god I have a successful nonprof someday. I need a logo.. so anyone with good ideas send them to me please!!!!! @Blakery and I have been working on ideas and such.. writing will commence soon! and her husband is building us an awesome website. One Note is my new favorite microsoft product.. if you don't know it.. meet it cause it rocks!
Lets seee..... oh for those of you who know I am obsessed with calendars... oh yea just figured out how to sync all my different media calendars to my blackberry in one program.. ahhhh it is like heaven, it chimes and keeps me straight aobut my schedule.
I also have been volunteering for the Bill White for Texas campaign. I am very excited aobut our wonderful Mayor and his exciting future. I am dedicated to doing my part to ensure he continues to represent me but now as our Senator. Still up in the air about the Mayor's race.. I have eliminated a few peeps but still between 2 different candidates.. I will continue to work on this these next few weeks to months.
Good things are going on.. and can I just say I can't wait to clean this weekend and know that no shoes will be shredded on the floor... miss the pup, but love tha tmy shoes will be intact.
