Phase One:
Initial shock...
Long showers. It is more difficult to decipher tears from running water and for someone who does not like to show that they are upset, it is prime. Lots of junk food. Lots of sappy movies. At this point, solitude is best.
Phase Two:
Long talks with girl friends(guys just don't get it). Try to sort through all of your emotions. Lots of Comedy Central.
Phase Three:
Health Food: water, fruit, vegtables. Exercise: run your problems away. This phase prepares you to get back up again. Clean your body. Get a new outlook and a new look (hair cuts, shopping, etc.)
Phase Four:
Go with people you feel comfortable to places you feel comfortable and start all over again. (Shows often provide premium oppurtunities for young men-- and have fun!!)
So this weekend has been an insane mess of emotions. I am still trying to sort it out. Haircut on Tuesday...
