Me, Moving
Hello everybody,
I decided that it was about that time to be moving on from my current living situation, and told my landlord that I'd be moving out in May/June. That will make three years at 9909C living with Brian Foster (and Cameron Smith, and Brandon Hayes, and Brandon Newsome, and Brett Bentley, and John Foster for some part thereof).
I was initially planning on buying a house, but I've since done some math and found that the better short-term investment for me is *not* in real-estate. So instead I've started looking into renting a house. Why a house? Because lots of music occurs at my apartment, and I don't want to worry about disturbing neighbors.
So, all that being said, I'm looking to rent a house in or around the North Davidson area of Charlotte in May with one or two roommates. Which brings me to my next topic, you. If you're possibly interested in living with me, now would be a swell time to speak up. We can even chat over lunch or coffee if you so desire. I'm not looking for blood oaths (yet) but hesitantly spoken maybes are useful.
And since it might be important to talk about beans, from what I've seen thus far, rent would be somewhere between $300 and $425 per person, excluding utilities.
