Told to me by a co-worker: "I don't know if they're going to hire anyone else. They might just get a series of temps. I think they're aware that people get burned out on this job really quickly which actually really bothers Max (the CEO)."
Hm...I wonder why people get burned out on a job that is incredibly boring, completely debilitating, and has absolutely no flexibility? It can't be that you also offer no opportunity for advancement and title changes and raises are definitely out of the question.
