The better part of the past two days had been spent exploring/scouting out the entirety of Iacon. It probably could have gone a lot faster had Will not needed to actually sleep and if Ironhide hadn't been worried about his human charge but it wasn't like they had anything better to do. The pair had, after their initial path-crossing with Optimus and Barricade, headed for the Autobot base, using that as a starting point before heading out.
And now they were on their way back with a few..quite a few pit stops on the way. They needed supplies and weapons after all.
Seated outside one of the buildings Ironhide was searching through and out of sight of anyone that could happen by, Will was going through the contents of his pack, frowning slightly as he noted his lack of food substances. He hadn't exactly been expecting to get dropped on an alien planet so he hadn't packed a lot of MREs. And Cybertron didn't really have the right kinds of things to feed humans no matter how much Ironhide insisted that Energon was delicious and nutritious.
"Dammit," Will muttered as he leaned back against the wall, pack resting against his legs as he tipped his head back to look skyward. Things were going to get difficult very quickly if they didn't think of something. Ironhide had mentioned that he had supplies Will could use but the question was how many did he have and what would they do after they were gone?
No matter what, they needed to find something that Will could live off of or else there wasn't going to be much living for the major to do. And honestly, he still had plenty of things he wanted to live for but that brought on a whole new array of emotions that he was trying to keep at bay so those particular thoughts were pushed into the back of his mind.
His attention returned to the doors Ironhide had disappeared through about forty minutes ago, Will drawing a knee up as he hooked an arm around it, lifting his free hand to tap the comm attached to his ear.
"Done shopping yet?"
