Returning to the Decepticon base, Shockwave flew above, watching for possible threats as Barricade drove below, toting an impressive supply of foraged materials. An outside observer would probably note that Barricade looked sorely beyond carrying capacity, but Shockwave felt given the situation, pushing the soldier above and beyond was fitting. Megatron had demanded a swift return with a sizable amount of materials. They'd failed on the former front; the attack by the mechanical slug creatures had delayed them significantly. Further more, Shockwave and Barricade had both sustained injuries--a detail Megatron was sure to be displeased by. Even worse, they had lost a captured Autobot prisoner--one which had potentially held valuable information. Extra supplies was therefore the best way to make up for their lack of punctuality, though Shockwave expected full and well to be punished for the extra failures. A cowardly Decepticon may have held back information about lost prisoners, but Shockwave was Megatron's most loyal, and would do nothing of the sort.
Entering the domain, Shockwave announced their presence. "Lord Megatron, we have returned with your medicinal supplies."
