It's that time again, time for Witness the Fitness 5. Each "witness the fitness" I have gotten myself into some level of baller shape. This began 2 years ago when I realized I was loving pie more than jeebus. But while this isn't a desperate situation, (i'm wearing size 30 waist jeans, and they are filled with love), it is time for me to finally get into the extremely amazing shape that i've always wanted to be in. So it begins ... The final Witness the Fitness.
The Details
Lets see just how good of shape I can get into doing the following:
- 1 1/2 hour of strength training 6 days a week
- 3 to 5 mile runs 4 times a week
- no more sweets
- new healthier diet
- no more malt liquors for breakfast
- more sexy dancing
I will strictly adhere to this for the next 3 months, starting ...... now.
This is where you come in. Many of you have recently mentioned to me that you want to work on your muffin tops and be able to once again wear leather pants. Yes, I'm talking to you grandpa. So let me help me, help you, help me. I'm going to be doing a lot more physical activities outside of the bathroom, and you should come too. It begins this Thursday with rollerskating at Youngstown Skate, there will also be long runs, and possibly foxy boxing. If you have more ideas let me know. No hippie sports.
