We're all fine, lad. Everyone's back, no one is hurt, there wasn't even any fighting, relax.

And could you please wait until I've got both feet on the ground after getting out of the saddle before doing something like that again?

I know you're having a rough time at the moment but you can't go through life assuming that the worst is going to happen. That's no way to live.
