Aw, good going! I commend anyone and everyone who can plow through these books one after another. I mean they're enjoyable, but they're tough if taken in massive doses :D
ASOS is my favorite, although AFFC is a close second despite it's naysayers. It's slow-paced compared to the others but really important in expanding the ASOIAF world. >:) Enjoy it!
I noticed that too! I had to take a break after 700 pages because it got really intense, but I just love it! And then the last Sansa chapter! For all the deaths in that book I was spoiled beforehand but that one! I really didn't see that coming!
After having finishing ASOS I can definitely say that I like it much better than ACOK :D It's so awesome! I've only read two chapters of AFFC so far so I can't say anything about it yet, but I'm really excited :D
Omg yes, talk about cliffhanger (figuratively and literally)! And it wasn't just the death, it was how it was executed! Right after I read that, I went back and recapped the entire chapter about twice over.
And, hey, you SHOULD be excited to discover more about Dorne and the Iron Islands <3 Keep reading! :D
Yes! It was so bloody perfect! And it reminded me of why Petyr is one of my favourite characters as well! :D
That's what I've been looking forward to very much since House Martell as well as Greyjoy are my favourite houses in asoiaf besides the Starks :D I'll take the book with me tomorrow when we'll drive to the sea to let kites fly :)
I'm looking forward to your other posts :D
Have you read all five books already?
