Isabelle splashed out into the pond, giving no sign that the intense, biting chill affected her at all, green velvet coat swirling around her like a lily pad. "We only have until the moon moves," she told her companions, not pausing to glance back.

She waited at the center of the pond, listening to the sounds of Simon, Jace, and Clary following her out, then held up her hand towards the redhead, "Stop." Just ahead of them, the moon glimmered on the water like a great silvery disk. Isabelle gestured for Jace to move forward, watching with a small smile as he disappeared into the reflection without a trace.

Clary, followed by Simon, disappeared next, leaving Isabelle alone for only moments before she took her leave, landing effortlessly down in the corridor. Dripping wet and blissfully oblivious of the weight of her hair and coat, she grinned. "Oooh, that was fun."

"Which way do we go?" Jace asked, glancing around; Clary's lips were pursed even before Isabelle's nonchalant reply, and Simon remained suspicious of the entire situation.

"Neither way. We wait here, and they come and get us. The Court knows all that happens in their lands. Our presence won't go unnoticed."

"And how do you know so much about faeries and the Seelie Court, anyway?"

Isabelle blushed, much to everyone's surprise and her own chagrin. She was only saved from answering by a rustle of vines being drawn aside.

She awoke with a start before the dream could continue, rubbing one eye as she frowned, wondering exactly what prompted that little reminder of the past. Snatching for the Dreamberry, Isabelle quickly shut it off with an incoherent mutter.
