When I picked up my medical records from HOT!doctor's office, we (meaning me and the HOT!doctor, of course) ran into each other. He remembered my name without a chart. *sigh* And he totally came up to the desk for a made-up reason. I've got to think of something to email him...
Anyhoo, Baer was sick literally all night last night. My idea of fun is not following him around and cleaning up vom spots. Seriously. He started feeling better in the wee hours of the morn and seemed fine when I went home at lunch today, so I guess the problem passed.
In other cat news, if you have a cat that requires medication - get the medicine compounded into treats if you can. It's the best thing to be able to give Rooney a treat (a "chicken chew") rather than cram a pill down his throat. I highly recommend it.
I'll be going to Canada on Sunday for a three-day meeting that includes an OUTDOOR TEAM-BUILDING EXERCISE which may or may not involve ropes and high places. I'm a bit nervous about it. But I get to fly in the big, nice Air Canada plane there and back, and we're staying in a really nice resort in the mountains, so it won't all be bad.
Alright, I guess I should get back to work.
