Coming home from errands...
Dear Ithaca Construction People,
There are two main routes from South Hill/IC into town, Cornell, shopping, etc. One route, actually (96), and then it just splits itself. You closed part of that route in March to do bridge work. And the bridge is still being worked upon. Then today, while I was driving home with a car full of groceries, including various meats, yogurts, cheeses and ice cream (thank god I'm brilliantly clever and thought to take along a cooler to store it in), you decided to stop traffic on the second route without warning and hold it there for 10 minutes. No detour signs. Nope. And then once we drivers (there was quite a long, congested line of us) were fed up, we had to do a complex ballet of k-turns, speed furiously away and take the narrow side streets around your construction. Thank goodness we were on a two way road, unlike the people across the intersection who you told to back up and go away against traffic on a narrow street.
In conclusion:
You suck.
