[have a Rufus in his favorite bookstore in an old district of Template. Deed in hand, looking out of a dusty window and looking back to his newest acquisition. It's falling apart, to say the least. The walls have peeling wallpaper, there's water damage. He's flat broke, but the books are all safe, and the cafe is somewhat repairable, not enough to have an actual eating establishment- but he'll think about it later.

In the window, he puts up a sign saying: "HELP WANTED INQUIRE WITHIN"]
