Just returned from a delightful, slightly sweaty walk in the park with my sweet girl. I have been trying to get out and walk a few times a week. So far I have been fairly successful, even in the heat. Luckily my job has given us an extra incentive to exercise and eat better via 'the greentrek challenge'. We get virtual points for things like walking and riding bikes and random exercise and eating healthy foods. I have been doing my usual walk to the park and back which amounts to 3.34 miles and is about one hour of walking and sweating in the mornings. Currently I am in the top 10 or 12 of the whole store, but I think it is only because folks aren't participating, rather than me and my great feats of endurance.
