lately, for dinner i eat wraps. i get this whole wheat wrap from whole foods that is so good. i like to put red pepper hummus, arugula, organic tomatoes, cucumbers, and tabbouleh. i also like to add falafel and homemade tzatziki sauce.
i really want to learn how to make lentil soup. i love lentils. for lunch, i go to Souper Jenny and i usually have tomato basil artichoke soup and a salad or hummus wrap. i need to learn how to make tomato soup. mainly, i eat a lot of fruit and veggies, no fake meat or frozen meals. i hate fake meat. i still eat sweets sparingly like organic frozen yogurt (stonyfield makes awesome fro-yo) and i'll have a cookie with my lunch if i want it. the weight is coming off so much faster now that i've stopped eating meat, i love it. i'm still learning, too, but hopefully that will give you some ideas of what to eat!
