Happy Saturday, all!
These are some things that are making me happy:
- A Very Potter Musical! I have no idea why it has taken me so long to watch this. It is the greatest thing in the universe. Darren Criss, how I love thee. I recommend this for everyone, because it is freaking hilarious and amazing and the songs are so catchy I find myself humming them and going "it's gonna be totally awesome!" at random moments. Also SO MUCH LOVE for Voldemort and Quirrell omg. The sequel is pretty rad, too. \o/
- In a related, 'Darren Criss is dreamy' point: Baby, It's Cold Outside from the upcoming Glee Christmas special. ♥__♥
- Ducked and Covered, a faux-1980s educational filmstrip about what to do once you've survived the nuclear apocalypse. I laughed out loud and also feel that this is basically how the Killjoys got started. Especially the bit about karate.
- This is unrelated, but every time Mikey Way talks about or does karate I assume he's picked up his skills from watching Mac on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It's the little things that make me laugh.
- There have been tons of great MCR interviews lately -- every time we turn around, really! -- so I will just link one: this one, which wins FOREVER because after getting asked if they're all married now, Gerard proudly bursts out with, "Me and Frank have babies!" and the interviewer, without missing a beat, says "Oh, I didn't think you'd married each other!" FAVORITE.
