Because it should be repeated as often as possible: Gerard RENTED A MONKEY for Lyn-Z's birthday. (I guess next year he's going to have to get her a ferris wheel or one of those giant blow-up jumpy things shaped like a dragon or something, to top a monkey. Also somewhere Alicia is sighing and planning on renting a pony with a horn glued to its head for Mikey's birthday.)
Okay, I know the MCR boys have a thing about Planet of the Apes that I don't really pretend to understand, but look at Gerard here. His posture, his hair, everything. HE LOOKS LIKE HE JUST WANDERED OFF THE SET OF AN 80s ARENA ROCK VERSION OF PLANET OF THE APES. WHERE HE WAS STARRING AS ONE OF THE APES.
Also I swing wildly between thinking that jacket is the most hideous thing EVER and thinking it's kind of precious that he clearly has made it himself from his own merch.
An interview with Jimmy and Lyn-Z! They fantasize about Kitty singing into one of those earpiece mics like Phil Collins! They're art school dropouts! Jimmy has a PLAN for hiding his true identity when he has kids! (Which he has discussed with Lyn-Z. Who was the one to bring up kids. ♥) THEY DON'T WANT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. ♥
