We got a whole half-inch of snow, which was enough to cause delight and to fuel an indoor snowball fight. (All the fun of hitting people, none of the bundling up and freezing.)
As I guess everyone has already seen, we have a date on the final HP book. I'm kind of scared (I have a bad track record with favorite characters, meaning they normally end up mutilated or murdered or unrecognizable.) and a little bit excited. It will be fun to see the conclusion, after so many years, but... what will I have to look forward to then? (All my feelings on HP7 seem to cancel each other out.)
Finally, a plea to the more talented members of my flist! I am completely sick of my journal's layout, but am utterly incompetent when it comes to fixing it up or making decisions. Would anyone be willing to make me some sort of pretty header for my journal, or even make my entire journal layout pretty? I am pretty much an open book, so you'd have free range, and I would repay your efforts with fic. (The fannish barter economy at work!) If anyone is interested, please drop me a line! *looks hopeful*
