Hormones & happiness
Just finished a round of hormones. Now it's time to see what happens.
400 mg per day of progesterone. Side effects have been holy hell.
Day 1-3: emotional, dizzy, foggy, tired, fatigue
Day 5 & 4: total and complete emotional meltdown for 2 hours, dizzy spells, slurred speech, fatigue, depression
Day 6: Dizzy spell, falling, slurred speech, heart palpitations, depression
Day 7:Dizzy spell, heart palps, anxiety, fatigue, depression.
Thank god this line is over. Supposedly the period will start in a few days, then 25-27 days Ill have the biopsy. I can't wait until all this is over. Blood work in a week, ultra sound, the depression is intense so seeing a doc about it as well as doing therapy for extra support. Have kept my calories under 2000 per day, my dailly allotment is 2700, have still gained weight. Yikes. Working on it all. Hoping for th ebest.
