My own Personal Bio
Born on the 12th April 1990, my parents named me Joana Cardoso. I don’t have any middle name, seriously, and all the other four remain names in my name (lol) are family surnames that I’m not revealing.
You can now realize that I’m 17 18 19 20 21 in the moment. I live in a pretty small country, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean named Portugal. I actually live in the north as I always did in my life, in a city that is pretty close to the sea. I always dreamt of living in somewhere else then here, but with the years passing by I found how amazing my country can be, in some aspects. Anyway, I still dream of leaving abroad in somewhere else, somewhere like England, Italy or other. A place where I can reach my dreams easily then here.
By now, I’m an art’s student, 12th grade, hopefully entering in college in a year from now.Already finished highschool, just some exams left to do, i really hope to enter college this year,in some 3 months and amazingly failed my Geometry exam cause i didn't feel ready to do it. So i'm trying college next year,and during this one year of 'school hiatus', i'll go to Geometry classes to take notes and get ready,and also try to find a job so i can get some money study geometry at home and try to get some help from Andreia, however i can't get a job or i would lose my schoolarship however i still not get the grades to enter the college i want to attend to. In this way i'll sign up for Geomtry classes in this upcoming school year, rise my marks and also try to get the highest classification i can in some other subjects , on summer vacations,just applied to college and i'm anxiously waiting to know if i got a place on September 13th and i am now in the Fine Arts College of Porto's University,taking the area of Visual Arts. =)
My dreams have always been related to paediatrics but I came to the conclusion that I couldn’t take it, cause I can’t really support most part of the things that are done during the medicine college preparation, and that’s why I took the decision of being an arts' girl. I’m looking for a degree in Photography and Media/Communication Design, right here in my country. (Well I think it’ll be here. I’m not sure yet.)
My parents always supported me in every decision I take when it comes to my future job. They believe that I will only be happy if I really do what I want to do, and not looking for a job that I may not like but can give me enough money.
I have always been a great student, but my marks tended to get lower every time I tried to do more and better. But in my final year of high school, I became of what I was before, a good student with pretty good marks. I was one of the best in class on English, I was actually an A+ pupil, which made me extremely proud. I’m a very talented girl in Languages and so I was in Sciences, but that was on the 9th grade and before (because I no longer had this subject on highschool). I also love History of Arts and Culture, and I became a really great student on this subject and I really feel proud of myself. If you come to ask me, what is my worst subject ever, I have the right answer for you, Geometry. Really, I hate it (most part of the time). Just because I lost almost 2 terms on the 10th year(my first year of geometry) I became a 'not so good' student on this one, and I even failed in my final exam.
Now about my personality. I can tell you that I’m a normal girl, totally. Well, I may be a bit paranoid sometimes, and I’m a terrible perfectionist, and also a bit geek sometimes. +rolls eyes+ But in a general way, I’m a good friend, people can really trust me, I can be adorable but I also can be a pain in the ass if you get me mad. I like to go out or stay home, it depends on my mood. I’m a total lover for my friends and I can’t really live without them. I’m a freak when it comes for photography, art, shopping, travel, some tv shows, cinema, literature and some others. ^^ And yes,i'm a BOOKWARM.
As everyone else, I have some interesting facts about myself. As you already know I’m bi-sexual, I'm a stupid perfectionist, but I also have arachnophobia, I’m ambidextrous, I have a problem in my eyes called astigmatism and newly found myopia, I’m kinda nervous (I can turn really mad or really happy from on moment to another), I’m coffee addicted, I have breathing problem, mainly asthma that during the seasons of Spring and Autumn keep me on almost daily medication, i was nearly two years ago diagonised with a spine problem called lumbar hyperlordosis and i also have several complications that I learnt to take care of.
I try to eat as healthy as possible. I tried quitting meat before but it became an issue in my family so i'm now back to eating normally but healthly,trying to make vegetarians dishes or eat them at college as often as possible. I only drink in social events and i quitted smocking quite a few years back but had a small slip on the New Year's night, guess life is made of mistakes and learning from them.

My favourite places in the world have to be:
My bedroom - I think that most part of us have our own bedrooms as favourite places to be. Not only because it can be a calm place, almost like a shelter but is also because it’s all about us, our stuff, our dreams and hopes, everything is there, innit?
My bathroom - This can sound really strange for some of you, but I love my bathroom, I love to go there. Strangely is where I have most part of my inspirational moments. Lol
Anywhere close to the sea - I couldn’t live without it, the sea. It just makes me feel so well every time I need. I have no reasonable explanation for this fact.
Grandma’s House - Even living near me, I love that place. I grew up there since I was 2/3 months old, and I just can feel really well in there.

My Toshiba Laptop - Damon Salvatore: (don’t you even dare to judge) But it’s powerful, beautiful, and i love it (when i don’t want it to throw it out of the window,which would be some good 30 meters fall)!!!
My MP4 - Jared Black: Jared as in Jared Leto and Black as in Sirius Black. You know 30 Seconds to Mars and Harry Potter can never go wrong in my life!
My Nokia C3 - Dean Morrison: Guess this one? Dean Winchester and Jim Morrison, two hugeeee addictions!!! Love my baby!!!

Phobias and hates: spiders, total darkness, the way i'm gonna die, lose the ones i love, fail, hyproctis, hurt people, extreme violence, animal cruelty, child porn, war, useless discussions, racism, homophobia (hate it!), wannabes, statues(most of them,don't hate,just fear),having asthma, people who don't respect me or my ideas,some sculptures, etc.
