I cleaned the grease trap at work. the grease trap is a box in the floor, a sorta filter that catches all the food product that gets washed off the dishes. It gets emptied every few months, which means that it becomes a sludge of decaying food product. Half a trash can full of it. Usually the person that does it vomits. I didn't so cool. It smells so bad that even breathing through your mouth, your body will do natural gagging, even though in my head i'm thinking 'that's not so bad'.
