Presidents' Day weekend....zzz...
Bartender 1! jdrama. Sasakura Ryu is introduced as someone who quit being a bartender after his sensei(?) tells him he doesn't know what it means to be a bartender...or something like that. A young woman hunts him down to make a drink for her hard-to-please grandfather. I think this is more loosely based on the manga than the anime was. It seems to be building up more drama with an angsty past and rivalry. Arashi's Aiba Masaki plays the main character, but I think he has only two facial expressions; blank and even blanker...which doesn't appeal to me.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica 7! My fascination with the background sets has waned. The only thing left are the prepubescent magical girls who feel like the world is against them, whine whine. Dropped.
