Puella Magi Madoka Magica 2! Still undecided if really inventive alternate reality fight scenes outweigh the tiredness of watching character stereotypes. Although the animation isn't outstanding, SHAFT does take their set designs and background up one notch. Even Yuki Kajiura's bgm is a plus, instead of a distraction. It's too bad the character interaction is soooo boring. I'll give this another episode or so.

Gosick 2! So it's more than a 2 episode mystery. The hare/boat mystery isn't very well-written and the anime writers aren't making this flow very smoothly; I suspect a good percentage of these faults lie with Crunchyroll's translation. The only positive aspect is that Victorique has an decent dry sense of humor. Her laugh is cute, too. Kujo, on the other hand, plays the very traditional protective japanese male character to a T. Dropped.
