Eden of the East 11! the semi-end until the two movies. This was probably one of the most intriguing animes created in a while. The concept and execution didn't feel entirely new, but the way the writers tried to speak to modern Japan was new. The use of the NEETS and the corny Johnny jokes were funny story items. *spoilers* In this episode why Akira took the blame and wiped his memories was revealed. He also makes himself King. Saki's role was a little disappointing, but I suppose Akira needed that blind believer in the background. ~8/10 rating~ minus 2, because they are probably saving the best parts for the movies...darn.
