BoA's Best & USA album is some sort of reverse marketing ploy aimed at the Japanese and Americans who like Japanese pop culture? It's a 2-CD album; the first CD being a compilation of her Japanese singles and the other CD being her english album. I guess her self-titled US album is available here (in the US) by itself.
