Michiko to Hatchin 4! starts off in a strip club where Michiko inquires about Hiroshi. One of the strippers seems to know him, but actually has her own problems. Michiko makes a choice not to help her. Is this show supposed to show how vicious children can be under the influence of bad adults? Anyway, despite the lovely animation quality, I'm going to drop this show for now.
Yozakura Quartet 7! starts off with a festival and ends with Ao getting kidnapped by her possessed brother. Again, despite the consistently good animation and likable characters, this show is very unexciting and slow.
Vampire Knight: Guilty 4-6! Episode 4 features Senri Shiki's father who has been marinating in barbeque sauce for quite a few years. He pops up again in episode 6 in his son's body. I do enjoy the mama-papa vibe the school chairman and Yagari-sensei give off (Scarily similar to Fay and Kurogane from Tsubasa). Sadly, they don't seem very important as characters. Yuuki starts to have scary hallucinations about barbeque sauce everywhere. Everyone's emo levels get higher. Ugh for 3 episodes of lame angst. Could they please throw a werewolf in there to eat Yuuki?
