Almost a Julia Roberts smile

There are some japanese actor/tresses that would be absolutely gorgeous after having braces. Hey, even Laruku's Hyde got braces after 15 or so years in the entertainment business.

Atsu-hime ! jdrama. Not really planning to watch this since it is doubtful that anyone would subtitle a 60 episode taiga drama, but it is so pretty.

Klimt would probably forgive the misuse of his imagery because Miyazaki Aoi is so cute. Storywise, refer to wiki for a good summary. I'd love to continue to watch, but my illiteracy makes it trying for my brain to sit through the historical parts.

I really just want to see fan-favorites in traditional garb. Eita is looking hot with the partially shaved head. I'd like to see Horitaka Maki, Matsuda Shota, and Tamaki Hiroshi's characters. The costuming is really detailed and lovely. Miyazaki's character is spunky and cute.

1 Pound Gospel 1! jdrama. It's like the Sound of Music; well, with less singing and no Nazis.

Kat-tun's Kamesomething plays a young boxer who loves food. He must be in the scrawny division, because his body doesn't really shout 'boxer' or 'gluttonous pig'. While training, he passes out from hunger. A young nun passes by and helps him out. He is inspired by her and tries harder. It was a pretty cutesy episode since Kame's character is enthusiastic, but it wasn't as humorous as I thought it might be. Anyone know how good Rumiko Takahashi's manga is? How well does the story develop? Anyway, this goes on my watch-if-bored list.

I'm really sad that Honey & Clover and the Nodame Special (And Fantastic Deer Man)'s soft subs were claimed by highly mediocre translators. What kind of person thinks 'My native language isn't English, I suck at spelling and grammar, but I can sort of understand Japanese, so I'm going to lay claim on translating a very popular show, then whine and cry when people criticize me.' Ah well, at least there will be hardsubs.

jdramas, atsu-hime, 1 pound gospel
