What I learned from the last episode of Jyu-Oh-Sei --- spandex pants are a NICE commodity to have (ie. it all begins and ends with spandex.) actual review will come later.
later (with spoilers..screenshots..later): If the last episode moved quickly for you, then the last episode just flew right through (that's the end?). Thor, Third, Loki and the others race to stop the Valkyrie system from destroying Chimera..or something like that. Plants and the other Jyu-Oh get in their way. Thor's emotions bounce around, main characters die, Thor is left to go back to Chimera. hm...Did Zagi die?
Overall:
+ Interesting handsome, well rounded characters.
+ Decent animation, writing, production, opening & ending music.
+ Attractive relationships. (the whole blond/brunnette Thor and Third...*squee*)
+ Lessons in futility...made for some ironic twists and...laughs.
- The glossing over the essential details of plot.
- Tiz's apparently symbolic obsession with having babies was annoying at the end.
I did enjoy and do enjoy the fast-paced short story type anime. The kind whose purpose is promote a manga in one shot rather than try to make a merchandising masterpiece. Jyu-Oh-Sei could have used a couple more episodes, but hey, it's ok that they didn't. (especially since Honey and Clover is next!)
