My world was pretty normal compared to the world's of a lot of other people here. There were a few things people would consider strange, but not a lot of people knew about them.

[ Menma just listens for a moment, clearly interested in what she has to say next. ] Like what...?

Well, there was actually a separate world that only a few people could get to and fighting robots. [Choosing her words carefully. She doesn't really think it's a problem talking about it considering how everything ended, but she also doesn't know how the others feel about it.]

Fighting robots...? [ Madoka can't even imagine. she's only seen that kind of thing in anime and manga. ] Wasn't that... scary?

Sometimes it was, but as long as Takuto and Sugata were there I never had any real reason to worry about what would happen.

Uwaaaah.... That's really cool...! It sounds just like anime and manga!

[Laughing a little at that.] It really was like something you'd expect to see in an anime or something. Sometimes it's hard to believe any of it even really happened.

It's a little like this place, isn't it? Everything's like something from a fantasy....

Yeah, I keep expecting to wake up and this will all turn out to be a dream.

... Mm. I wouldn't want it to be a dream, though. Everyone seems so happy here.

Mm, this is the first time I've been away from the island so it's nice to be able to have a change of scenery and meet new people.

That's great! In that case, it's even more important that you make lots and lots of friends--with the Pokemon too!

Ah-- I hadn't been there in a long, long time, but... before coming here, everything was the same. I was from Japan. It was normal, but... really special.

It sounds nice... What sort of things did you do there?

... [ she giggles ] The Super Peace Busters did everything together! Everyday was an adventure! Though... lately everyone's been working really hard, and doing their best in school.
